OT Remodelações was founded in Cascais in 2009. Over fifteen years we have completed more than five hundred renovation projects across the Estoril Coast and Lisbon — from single-room transformations to complete property renovations.
Our team is small by design. We take on a limited number of projects at any time to ensure each one receives the attention it deserves. Every project is managed directly by our founders, who are present on site throughout.
We work primarily with international homeowners and expats who expect clear communication, reliable timelines and work that matches what was agreed. We communicate fluently in English and Portuguese.

Within 48 hours we provide a written proposal with itemised costs, materials and a realistic timeline. Everything in writing, nothing left to interpretation.
Careful Execution
Our team works methodically, keeping the site clean and you informed. We flag issues early, solve problems transparently and never surprise you with unannounced costs.
Handover & Warranty
We only consider a project complete when you are fully satisfied. All completed work is backed by a two-year workmanship warranty, documented in writing.
