From family experience
to our own way of working.
Ricardo Poisl’s connection to construction began with his family in Brazil. He graduated in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering from Faculdade Salesiana Dom Bosco in Porto Alegre and previously worked with Aplitec in thermal insulation and waterproofing, including SPF and polyurea systems.
In 2017, he moved to Portugal with his family. OT Remodelações began that same year, responding to a need close to home: helping newly arrived families with small jobs around their properties.
Growing through trust.
Early projects in Lisbon and Fonte da Telha led to new opportunities. Returning clients and personal recommendations brought OT into high-end renovations in Cascais and Estoril.
Our projects have grown in scale. Transparency, reliability and personal involvement continue to shape the way we work.
