Home/Bathroom Renovation Cascais

Bathroom renovation in Cascais — luxury finishes, reliable installation.

We have renovated over 150 bathrooms across Cascais, Estoril and Lisbon. From compact ensuite conversions to expansive master bathrooms with freestanding baths and Carrara marble — we bring the same level of care to every project.

What we cover

Full bathroom strip-out and rebuild, waterproofing membrane installation, tiling (floor and wall), plumbing repositioning, electrical work (lighting, underfloor heating, towel rails), vanity unit installation, bath and shower installation, mirrors and accessories.

Materials and finishes

We work with natural stone (marble, travertine, limestone), large-format porcelain, cement tiles and bespoke terrazzo. We source from leading Portuguese, Spanish and Italian suppliers and can also work with materials sourced by the client or architect.

Wet rooms and walk-in showers

We specialise in open wet room designs, frameless glass shower enclosures and infinity shower trays. Proper waterproofing is the foundation of every bathroom we build — we use certified tanking membranes and apply them with extreme care.

Underfloor heating

We install electric underfloor heating systems in all bathroom renovations where desired. We integrate the thermostat neatly into the wall and test the system fully before tiling.

FAQ

Common questions

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

A standard bathroom renovation takes 10-16 working days from demolition to completion. Complex projects with natural stone or custom elements may take longer.

Do you handle the plumbing and electrical work?

Yes, our team handles all trades in-house. We do not subcontract core work — plumbing, electrical, tiling and carpentry are all managed directly by our team.

Can you source and supply the materials?

Yes. We can provide a full supply-and-fix service including all tiles, sanitaryware and fixtures, or we can work with materials you have already sourced.

What waterproofing system do you use?

We use certified tanking membrane systems applied to all wet areas — shower trays, bath surrounds and full wet rooms — as well as expansion joints and waterproof grout.
