Hardwood and parquet
We install solid and engineered hardwood flooring in a range of species — oak, walnut, cherry and more. Herringbone and chevron parquet installations are among our most requested services on the Estoril Coast, where they suit the character of older villas beautifully.
Tile and natural stone
We lay large-format porcelain tiles (up to 120×260cm), natural stone (marble, limestone, travertine, slate) and cement tiles. Our tilers are experienced with precision levelling systems, book-matching marble slabs and complex diagonal or patterned layouts.
Vinyl and LVT
For rental properties or spaces requiring maximum durability, we install luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and sheet vinyl systems. Modern LVT can realistically replicate timber or stone at a fraction of the cost and with excellent resilience.
Preparation and subfloor
Good flooring starts with the subfloor. We level, prime and prepare the subfloor correctly before any material is laid. In older Cascais properties, we regularly address historic structural movement before installation.
Common questions
Can you match existing flooring in adjacent rooms?
Often yes, depending on the material. For timber floors we can source matching species and stain. For tile, we always recommend holding back some tiles from the original purchase for future repairs.
Do you do sanding and refinishing of existing floors?
Yes. We sand and refinish existing solid hardwood floors, restoring original colour and applying new lacquer or oil finish.
How do you handle the join between different floor types?
We use profiled threshold strips or recessed transition details to create clean, professional transitions between materials.
Can you install underfloor heating beneath the flooring?
Yes. We install both electric and water-fed underfloor heating systems and select flooring materials that are compatible with the system.
